If your neighborhood has deed restrictions, we must ensure the new addition complies with the rules and regulations that are in place. After they have reviewed and approved the project, they will issue a work permit to allow the construction to take place.

Then the work begins: The foundation must be laid to support the new structure. This aspect is critical to prevent settling, cracking or shifting of the new structure. When we are finished with the project, we hope to deliver an addition that looks like it was an integral part of the original building.

We then have to frame the new structure, not only the exterior and interior walls, but also the new roof that will protect the addition.
